About Young Generation

Young Generation gives young professionals in the nuclear industry, up to the age of 37, the opportunity to build valuable professional networks, develop their careers, and become part of the future of nuclear energy.

Through the programme, participants deepen their knowledge of nuclear energy and the wider energy sector while connecting with peers from across the industry. Young Generation also promotes knowledge sharing between generations, creating opportunities for experienced professionals and emerging talent to learn from one another.

Founded in Sweden in 1994, Young Generation has grown into a global network with participants from more than 50 countries. Today, it is a vibrant community where the next generation of nuclear professionals builds connections, shares ideas, and helps shape the future of the industry.
